Rolling Machine is one of the dedicated machines required for primary process in manufacturing Orthodox Tea and Green Tea.

These Tea Rollers are efficiently engineered – fitted with heavy-duty bearings and robust body to take any amount of pressure. The Direct Drive mechanism ensures minimum power loss. The most important advantage is that standard components are used across the entire range of rollers, thus requiring just one set of spares.
  • All contact parts of leaf is Stainless Steel.
  • Capacity 50 Kgs to 150 Kgs per hour.
  • Ledge batten table, special asymmetric well with free floating pressure cap.
  • Tilting pressure cap to facilitate cleaning with new guiding system of the pressure cap.
  • Motorised device for operating the pressure cap.
  • Rack and work system – one piece door.
